A key difference between Netrada and any other third-party fulfillment company is the management team. The founding management of Netrada offers 75 plus years of industry related experience to our customers and prospects. All members of management are well versed in industry fundamentals and specifically chosen for complimentary and specific areas of expertise.

The founding management group has entrepreneurial experience with the previous development of several related businesses. Specifically the group is rich with experience in direct to consumer and business to business fulfillment, large-scale project development/design and management, technical/systems design, development, management and consulting, business practice consulting and profit and loss responsibility.

Dave Cook
Chief Executive Officer

Dave Cook serves as Chief Executive Officer for Netrada, formerly Fulfillment Technologies (FillTek). Within Netrada, Dave is focused on Sales and Marketing, Finance and setting the future direction of Netrada. He is a member of the Council of Logistics Management, frequent speaker at Trade Shows and Seminars and recently finished a five year term as Vice Chairman of the Business Committee for The New York Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Dave has more than twenty five years experience in the industry with The Kroger Company, Procter and Gamble and for fifteen years as President/CEO of PCS Technologies, Inc. prior to the acquisition of PCS by Retek in 1997. During his four years at Retek, he served as Divisional President for the Supply Chain Division prior to moving into a strategy advisory position within Retek. He has spent his career developing advanced technology supply chain solutions, including one of the earliest true client/server supply chain solutions for retailers. Dave is a registered engineer in several states and holds advanced degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Dave Eckley
President

Dave Eckley is President of Netrada North America (formerly FillTek). His background includes senior executive level IT, Operations, Marketing, and M&A positions with leading direct-to-consumer and wholesale distribution companies. Prior to the formation of FillTek, Dave held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations for Foster & Gallagher, Inc.

Dave is a graduate of Peru State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Dave has been a speaker and participant in panel discussions at the Retek User’s Group, NCOF, DMA, IQPC and RIS News eCommerce conferences. 

Tim Betz
Director of Client Services

Tim has more than ten years experience in the catalog and direct mail industry focusing on delivering quality products direct to the consumer. Tim began his career in IT with Midway Arms (a shooting sports direct mail company) developing inventory, order taking and manifest systems.

Tim has in-depth experience with the manufacturing environment with Reinhart Fajen (gunstock manufacturer for the B2B and B2C marketplace) as the Operations Manager. Tim’s most recent experience was with Stark Brothers Fulfillment Services as the Director of Operations. In his role, Tim was responsible for the shipment of more than 3 million parcels (B2C) servicing dozens of clients and managing close to 500 people.

Tim’s IT background combined more than a decade of hands on operations experience has been instrumental in developing high-speed first quality fulfillment processes. Tim completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business from Columbia College, Columbia MO.

Russ Carter
Director of Information Technology

Russ Carter has more than 17 years of experience in Project Management and Client Implementation. He began his career at General Electric Aircraft Engines where he served as a Project Manager responsible for the design and development of engineering systems. He left GE to take a position at PCS Technologies where he was the Vice President of Custom Development, focusing on the development of Warehouse Management Systems. PCS merged with Retek, Inc in 1997 where Russ continued in the same capacity focusing on custom development and client implementation for large-scale WMS projects.

Prior to joining Netrada, Russ served as Vice President of Development and Business Operations for The Navigator Group of Ocala where he was responsible for the development and implementation of custom websites, document imaging and scanning services and mobile scanning devices for the transportation industry. Russ holds a master's degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Vin DeSalvo, Director of Operations

Vin DeSalvo, our Director of Operations, has nearly 30 years experience in Distribution and Manufacturing Operations. Vin began his career at Kenner Products where he served a variety of roles including Production Supervisor, General Foreman and Plant Manager. During his ten year career at Kenner Toys, Vin managed the growth of the business from $45 million to more than $200 million of annual revenue. Vin left Kenner to take a new position as Plant Manager of Crable Sportswear. At Crable, he was responsible for manufacturing and distribution of all NCAA, NFL and NBA licensed apparel.

Prior to joining Netrada, Vin leveraged his 20 years of experience in distribution and manufacturing as a Project Manager and Business Consultant for Retek (Nasdaq: RETK). During his tenure at Retek he managed enterprise wide implementations for the United States Navy Exchange (NEXCOM), Gap, Best Buy, DSW Shoes, Gander Mountain and others. Vin Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Ohio State University.

 

Kim Georgeton, Director of eCommerce Marketing

Kim Georgeton has more than 15 years combined experience in eCommerce, Sales and Marketing for various industries, including; Consumer Products, Technology, Retail (Brick and Mortar and On-Line) and Distribution and Fulfillment. She is knowledgeable in many product categories, including  Health and Beauty, Jewelry and Accessories, Gifts, Toys and Games, Electronics, Video Games, Footwear and High Fashion Apparel.

 

 

Prior to joining Netrada North America, Kim founded Brilliance in Boxes, an on-line marketing and distribution company focusing on Health and beauty, baby, gifts and accessories. Previously, she handled the on-line sales and marketing for the largest video games distributor in North America, which  serviced eCommerce marketing programs for walmart.com, target.com and several other major online companies.

 

Kim entered the eCommerce realm at amazon.com and held both Merchandising and Consultative roles within the company, developing the first hard-lines online offering, launching several new categories and leading the internal development of their ABIS (proprietary internal merchandising management tool). She also consulted for their German affiliate, amazon.de to expand their business model to include new categories.
